London Games Festival: Guardian enters 'job swap' game jam

This weekend I will try to design a game in 48 hours, while developers can act as journalists reporting on the chaos

Doing something ridiculous this weekend? I am. As part of the London Games Festival, I'll play a game jam 48 hours, when journalists write games with the help of students programmers, while the selection of developers established independent act as journalists, writing and interviews progress as it progresses madness.

The action starts at 17:00 on Friday, while the organizers will reveal the theme of the jam. Then I will be "coding" (because I think he said) up to 17 hours on Sunday. Gulp.

I'll be live-blogging the event in Gamesblog - about the same time that I am able to construct coherent sentences. It will also be able to track the tag # journodevswap on Twitter.
